Operational Limits
- Features may change, be restricted, or be removed without prior notice.
- Availability, performance, and feature accuracy may vary over time.
- Security measures reduce risk but do not remove it entirely.
No Complete Audit Trail Promise
Tuxy does not promise a full audit trail, complete monitoring record, universal log retention, or permanent preservation of account activity. Missing, partial, or unavailable records do not create additional obligations for Tuxy and do not transfer responsibility for the underlying conduct away from the user.
Third-Party Services
If the service connects to external providers, APIs, or platforms, their terms and policies may apply separately from Tuxy's own policies.
No Guarantee of Enforcement Support
Tuxy does not guarantee assistance with user disputes, chargebacks, investigations, government inquiries, civil claims, or criminal complaints beyond what is legally required and reasonably available. If information was not collected, was deleted, or is otherwise unavailable, Tuxy may not be able to help recover or produce it.
No Transfer of User Liability
Tuxy does not assume responsibility for conduct initiated by users, data supplied by users, or actions taken by users through their own accounts. User responsibility is not reduced merely because the service was used as a tool, interface, or delivery layer.
Liability Limits
To the extent allowed by law, Tuxy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from access to or use of the service.
